Our Beginning

From a Backyard Grill to a Michigan Legend

Wing Snob started with a simple obsession: making the most flavorful, perfectly crispy wings anyone had ever tasted.

In 2013, founder Marcus Allen was tired of settling for mediocre wings. Every weekend, he'd fire up the grill in his Warren backyard, experimenting with rubs, sauces, and fry temperatures. Friends and family kept coming back — and bringing more friends. Word spread fast.

By 2015, Marcus and his partner Denise took the leap and opened the first Wing Snob kitchen on Van Dyke Ave. The concept was simple: premium wings, bold house-crafted sauces, and a vibe that felt like family. The community embraced it immediately.

Today, Wing Snob is a Warren institution — a place where neighborhoods connect, game nights happen, and every order is made with the same love and attention as that first backyard batch. We've grown, but our soul hasn't changed one bit.
